Carl Shapiro acts as secretary.


Discussion of general state of the conference, including financial
matters of the conference.


Rusty wishes to thank Fritz Kunze of Franz, Inc. for Liliana Avila's
attendance and assistance with the conference


Duane Rettig moves to thank Heow Eide-Goodman for his role in the conference
administration.


Rusty Johnson suggests a friendly amendment to thank the rest of the
Lisp NYC folks.


Duane accepts Rusty's friendly amendment.


Motion seconded by Sunil Mishra.


Motion passes unanimously.


Duane returns the position of chairperson to Rusty.


Discussion of next year's conference location.


Duane motions to adjourn.
